Sign in:
In order to use the FriendsArk service, you will need to register.

Can’t sign in?
If you can’t sign in, check that your Cap Lock key is off. FriendsArk passwords are case sensitive.

Change password:
If you want to change your password click “Forgot your password” and follow the instructions.

Update profile:
If you want to update or make any changes to your account, you can do this from your profile page.

Report an error:
To report any kind of error on FriendsArk website, please send us an e-mail at enquire@friendsark.com

Privacy:
On FriendsArk, your account will be private and no one can see your profile until they are in your friend’s list.

Photo:
You can upload as many pictures as you want, as long as they are not violating FriendsArk’s Terms of Service. File size is limited to 1MB per picture.

Video:
You can upload videos also bearing in mind that it does not violate the FriendsArk’s Terms of service. File size is limited to 2MB per video.

Your network:
In your network page you will find your entire contact list. You will be able to arrange your folders. You could arrange the settings so that a friend member will not be able view a family member and vice-versa. You can rearrange any members from one folder to another folder.

Message:
You can send message to one another from your contact list.

What are you up to:
Quick Status update can be kept for any specific folder (i.e. family or friend) or for everyone.

Who do you know:
Recommendations of people you may know.

People finder:
This function will allow you to browse through our database and search for any people you may know.

Invite friends:
You can send an invitation to any of your friends or family by using our facility, which will automatically send a friends request to everyone on your contacts list via email.

Phone book:
Here you can keep your important contacts, which will remain private and only open to you.

Request:
This is where all your friends request will be stored, so you manage your friend’s list in your own time.

Groups:
These are small communities created by users like you, which you can join and share your thoughts too.
